What should I clarify if I need more time to decide on an offer?
Ask whether the seller can extend the stated decision period. Use the same reference when communicating your eventual decision.
How can I update feedback after a purchase issue is resolved?
Make the timing clear when the later outcome changes your assessment. Keep any remaining unresolved point separate from the completed resolution.
What should I check if my checkout session expires?
Look for a payment or order acknowledgment already received. Check whether a discount or credit needs to be applied again.
